What exactly is n8n?
n8n is an open-source workflow automation platform. Because it's self-hostable, your data and logic stay on infrastructure you control — and you're never locked into a vendor's pricing or roadmap.
How long until something is live?
Most first workflows go live in two to three weeks from the discovery call. Larger systems are broken into stages so you see working automations early rather than waiting for one big launch.
Do we own what you build?
Completely. Everything is built on your infrastructure, documented, and handed over. There's no proprietary layer you'd lose access to if you stopped working with us.
How does pricing work?
We scope each engagement to the workflow, with a clear fixed price agreed up front — no open-ended retainers. Ongoing support and new workflows are optional and priced separately.
What if our tools are unusual?
n8n connects to hundreds of apps out of the box, and anything with an API can be wired in directly. If it has a way in, we can almost always automate around it.
