Your plans are confidential work. This page says what the software does with them, which services read them, where they are kept and who can see them.
In the pilot we run one of your approved plans, which the City of Austin already publishes on AB+C. You upload nothing. If your firm later uploads its own plan sets, this is how they are handled.
Never used to train AI models
Your plans are never used to train AI models - not by us, and not by the AI services we use. Their terms do not allow training on your data.
Which services read the sheets
To read the drainage tables we use AI services from Anthropic and OpenAI, plus one more AI service that sorts the sheets on US servers and keeps no copy. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Where it is kept
On a US server, reached over encrypted connections only. Nightly encrypted backups go to a second location.
Who can see it
Only the people at your firm we create a login for, and our own team. There is no public sign-up.
